I had terrible acne as a teenager and continued mild acne as an adult and this has been a great tool. As advertised it creates no bruising and removes the extra oil around my nose and between my eyebrows by just running it over the skin. I use it regularly and love it. I love mine. I also use an antiseptic cream after I use my extractor. Takes away some of the irritation and disinfects at the same time.
