Yes this is normal but you are right it is not very common. Your best bet is a good eye treatment. The best I have found so far is SkinRxClinic's Eyebright Anti-Puffiness Gelee...it is great. At good tip is put it in the fridge so it is cool when you apply it, this will also help combat the puffiness!
