Daily Skin Care
Our skin comes into contact with a lot of dirt, dust and grime everyday and they say the average person touches their face and rub their eyes way too often throughout the day. Cleaning your face is critical for young, youthful looking skin. Washing your face too often removes the skin’s natural oils which help protect and hydrate it. Dermatologists recommend washing your face two times a day (once in the morning and once at night). Doing this will remove blockages and gunk build-up allowing your skin to look natural and clean. Following the cleaning of skin (Gentle Gel Cleanser), moisturizing is another critical step in an anti-aging skincare routine (Herbal Moisture Crème). These generally help to tone and tighten the skin reducing sagging. Using a anti-aging cream will help to lock in moisture. These creams should be used twice a day after washing. Also, exfoliate between 1 and 3 times per week, (Microdermabrasion) gently buffs away dull surface flakes, helps unclog pores and renews, refines and retexturize's your skin. It doesn’t matter whether you exfoliate in the AM or PM, but be sure to cleanse and tone your skin first as exfoliators are not cleansers.
